 Lentil Tacos!!!

Last night we had lentil taco salad. dairy free and meat free so a 2 for 1 deal.

I cannot for the life of me find the recipe i use online so that it's an easy share. i'm looking for the doc on my computer with no luck too. here is a link for a recipe with the same ingredients but mine is made in the crockpot. http://www.crumblycookie.net/2012/04/23/lentil-tacos/

also i add brown sugar to mine. ;)

1 mom liked this
My hubby eats it and he claims to hate all beans and anything that looks remotely like a bean. Lol.

I've been trying to find a recipe to use up lentils and ds can't have dairy so this is perfect! Is the daiya mozzerella worth buying? It's so darn expensive I hate to buy it and hate it. We've boughten the cheese slices before, I think the brand was like oh veg or something like that, and they were nasty.

The shredded daiya is pretty good. The chunk that you slice isn't. And oh veg still has casein and soy so it isn't dairy free.
