I occasionally do ribs or pulled pork in the summer. I usually do ribs for Father's Day. I do pulled pork when we have friends over helping do major home repairs.

We do limit pork because my side of the family has a lot of digestive problems after eating pork.

I make pork about 2 or 3 times a moth for them.  This does not include ham, bacon or sausage the only pork I eat.

It is rare. I am not a huge fan, but I am going to try some new recipes this winter!

My family loves pork. I don't eat it though. I think it is way too greasy. I hate how my teeth and roof of my mouth feels after eating a pork product. I do love some crispy bacon now and then.
