The Autumn Harvest Stew you listed has pork shoulder in it...it's not vegetarian (just a heads up notice....)

We don't eat beans or pasta, so most vegetarian meals are a no-go for us.

but I will say they do like my meatless meals too because they do taste good on their own!

I never have trouble getting my kids to eat meat.  It's the veggies that give me trouble!

We do like eggplant parmesan.

I never had an issue with mine eating meat but I would be open to trying some new vegetarian dishes

My 15 y/o has always been a meat eater.  She's been shying away from beef lately though.  I don't know why, neither does she.

Today I'm making one of my favorite meatless soups, zippy corn chowder.
