Tinfoil Trick Brings Tons of Treats for Halloween
Tinfoil is the all around best kitchen gadget by far. Use it to line baking and roasting pans. Wrap up baked potatoes and pop them in the oven. Cover a boiling pot when you can't find a lid. Line the crisper drawer in your refrigerator to keep things clean. The list goes on and on.
But this season, consider using it to create the perfect Halloween centerpiece. First pick out a very large pumpkin - the bigger the better. Cut it about a third of the way down from the top. Remove and discard the top. Clean out the pumpkin. Don't forget to save the seeds for a yummy roasted snack later. Use paper towels to sop up any wetness inside then use tin foil to line the entire inside of the pumpkin. Once you've done this, fill the pumpkin with ice and use it as a festive ice chest! It's the perfect piece for a Halloween themed party.
Moms, what are some clever things you've done with tinfoil in your kitchen?
