I like to make foil packets with potatoes, onions, peppers, sea salt and garlic and cook them in the oven or on the grill.  YUM!

Red skin potatoes, garlic and seasonal vegetable
Tossed in olive oil and seasoning and grilled or in the oven

I like potatoes with foil packs  fish in a foil pack and corn on the cob all grilled  I do onions and peppers with potoes garlic, salt, pepper  ,,, fish gets lemon pepper, corn gets cracked pepper , salt

I have done tilapia with a little olive oil and Cajun seasoning and put on the grill

Crablegs with butter and garlic and wrapped in foil and out on the grill

Hamburger patty with onions potatoes and carrots with a little garlic and butter. Either in the oven or on the grill....yummy :)

My mom used to do that a lot. I need to start doing it.

Oh I see now ... foil packets are not limited to individual dinners. That being said, neat idea for making dinner sides, tasty & easy clean-up. Looks like you should be able to get three foil packets on a baking sheet. This cauliflower recipe looks good & budget friendly. It's about time for some new recipes too!
