Did you have leftovers after your Christmas feast?  How long do you expect them to last?

Being just my family of 5 and with fridge space limited, we don't generally keep leftovers.  However there is something about the holidays that makes me crave leftovers!

We bought a half of a ham, so we are still happily working our way through that and will probably have it for a couple of days yet.  We also had leftover potatoes, brussel sprouts, and stuffing balls, but those were all finished yesterday and today.

We have some leftovers that we have been enjoying. Planning something with the rest of the ham for tomorrow, just not sure what yet.

I have about 1/2 pound of ham left.  Everything else was gone by lunch the next day.

Will you do anything differently with the ham or just eat it as is?

Let me know what you decide.  I still haven't figured out what to do with the rest of mine!

Perfect!  I used a bit of my ham in an omelette yesterday.

Sometimes that is the best way!  Although I do miss having the leftovers when I don't host.
