I want to feed my children healthy food and enjoy our meal time together.I love what this Diet for Blood types. However, my fear is that everyone will walk away still hungry. I hate seeing people walk away from the table starving! Maybe it's that itallian/irish thing coming out of me. I don't want my children to feel deprived and wanting food, where they go to other people' s houses looking for food.Meats, veggies and fruits without syrups, not can fruit, rather whole fruit.

Looking for great meals for one mean lean hubby, 2 growing lil guys!

ideas?

What foods do you plan to feed them?

I have at least 3 different blood types in my family.  I'm not making 3 different meals to fit dietary needs.  We eat whole, real foods...healthy fats....lots of veggies....normal meat portions....some fruit....some nuts.  We don't use filler foods like bread or pasta, or refined sugars.  We don't feel deprived and we're not hungry.  If you're interested, I'll give you ideas of what WE eat.
