Mediterranean salmon and a big romaine lettuce salad w/fresh mushrooms. I'm going to mix up olive oil salad dressing, maybe with rice vinegar or red wine vinegar and throw some seasoning in there like pepper and minced garlic and whatever else smells like it would be good in there. :P

We had Tbones,shrimp cocktail,butterflied shrimp,Stuffed baked potatos,green bean casserole and cheesecake for dessert. My SO made the dinner...he was a cook when I first met him and is a great one. I can still outbake him though! lol

That sounds lik an amazing Valentine's menu!  DH and I were debating the other day about our cooking skills.  For mains, we're fairly neck to neck nowadays, but I can definitely outbake him.
