Do you use it? What do you use it for?

I use it in baking in place of vegetable oil or even butter.

I eat it by the spoonful for CV health.

Use it as a moisturizer for cracked skin.

I haven't ever used it for cooking but I have heard it is better for you.

I use it on my hair. It's good for a moisterizer and helps with dry hair.

I use it in place of oil or butter in a lot of recipes, especially granola.

I'm thinking I will try substituting it sometime. Does it make the food take any different?

doesn't change the taste.

I made almost 400 cupcakes and a cake for the party last weekend.  We used coconut oil in all but one batch, and the ones with coconut oil rose evenly, had a beautiful texture, stayed tender and moist while being sturdy enough to decorate.

I have made my DH's bean brownies with it and he didn't complain.

Oil pulling. Tried to use it as a moisturizer but it caused my skin to break out.

I have been seeing a lot about oil pulling lately. Do you see anything different since you started using it?
