breakfast – breakfast bake, juice

lunch – ham/broccoli chowder

dinner – pulled pork salad

Going to be at a bridal shower all day, I forget what the choices are tho!

 Breakfast is a ham, broccoli, onion , cheese quiche and fruit. It's a beautiful sunny day today...finally, so we're going to St Augustine to visit with some friends and will have lunch and dinner there.

Breakfast - a blueberry muffin and chamomile tea

I forgot to eat all day because I got busy.

Supper - I was so hungry!! Garlic butter baked tilapia fillet, steamed asparagus, egg salad on a slice of whole grain bread, and one cup of Vanilla Kefir (cultured milk smoothie).

Breakfast- Yogurt with Granola

Lunch-String Cheese

Dinner- We had a family BBQ
