The BEST Blueberry Muffins
Mix dry ingredients together. Stir in milk and margarine. Mix
well. Fold in blueberries and the flour they're in. Fill muffin cups
1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 22 to 25 minutes
Mix butter, flour, and 2 tsp. sugar and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 - 25 minutes. Cool.

Cook sugar, cornstarch salt, water and 2 c. blueberries over medium
heat until it boils and becomes thick and clear. Remove from heat.
Add butter and lemon juice. Cool a bit and add the rest of the
blueberries. Stir gently to mix. Pour into unbaked pie shell and
cover with a top crust. Seal edges. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes then
at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.Can also put into baked pie shell and chill. Top with whipped cream if desired when serving.
I just had a blueberry-apple smoothie for breakfast. Delicious.
