Breakfast: scrambled eggs, fruit
dinner: goulash, salad
for breakfast, I had my shake.
For my snacks today, I have watermelon.
For lunch and supper, I have no clue.
Breakfast: Leftover Pizza and a Twix bar
Lunch: cheese and crackers
Dinner: Tacos and a raspberry chocolate no-bake dessert bar
Breakfast: Multigrain Cheerios with 2% Lactose free milk (Dh wasn't reading labels and got the wrong one)
Lunch: No clue
Supper: Dh is making Pork Country Style Ribs on the bbq and I'm thinking we'll have salad and maybe baked potatoes with them.
Snacks: I've got string cheese, yogurt, and granola bars to choose from
Breakfast- raspberry-strawberry smoothies.
Lunch-Grilled cheddar & apple sandwiches, cucumber salad
Dinner-Shrimp Po Boys, carrot-raisin salad, corn on the cob.
Breakfast was a nutri grain bar
Lunch was a ham and turkey sandwich and a cup of coffee
Dinner was mixed veggies,blackeyed peas, rice and gravy and chuck steak and ice tea and ice cream
