It seems that around every corner, there's an opportunity to eat poorly - especially during the summer months. Potato chips, smores, cakes, cookies, pies and more all make an appearance at family barbeques and parties.

My favorite thing right now is grilling fruit. It's easy and a huge crowd pleaser.
Try brushing halved peaches, sliced pineapples, or apples with honey and grilling them. Serve with low fat frozen yogurt and toasted nuts. Trust me, you'll love it and so will your guests.
