 Do you prefer your corn ON the cobb or off of it?

 I like to experiment with different flavored butter ,chipotle, jalapeno etc...

 Both ways. If off the cob then I like corn pudding (also known as corn casserole) or creamed corn or fried corn-which really isn't fried, but is delicious.

I grill it wrapped in foil. I also butter and sea salt it before grilling
