I wanted one of these forever but thought it was a bit expensive well about 2 weeks ago I found an awesome deal online and got one for $50....best investment ever! I've been using it everyday for great veggie/ fruit smoothies. I prefer it over the juicer because you don't loose any part of the veggie or fruit.

Do you own one?

Do you have any great recipes to share?

I don't own one but have seriously been thinking about it.  My blender does a great job for now.

I honestly love it and think how did I live without it before....It pulverizes everything so wonderfully into a great liquid smoothie!!

I have a different brand one that we take when we travel, ut at home I use a lender for our morning smoothies.

I use fresh fruit (whatever is in season or that I've previously frozen, fresh spinach, Greek yogurt, and a little juice or milk if needed.
