I think we'll be having sloppy joes tonight
I had leftover egg, spinach, and artichoke casserole, a slice of watermelon, and coffee for breakfast. Will be eating on this casserole for a while since I'm the only one here!
Lunch - steamed veggies topped with toasted walnuts
Dinner - chicken soup
Breakfast was a blueberry-peach smoothie.
Lunch was turkey-vegetable soup made using the leftovers from last night's crockpot turkey, with corn fritters.
For dinner tonight I'm making the Oven baked fried chicken recipe that was posted, Bacon-Ranch scalloped potatoes, sauteed zucchini/onions/tomatoes and Parmesan.
