How do you season steaks

 when you grill them? Or do you use a marinade?

Depends on the type of cut. Some we just use salt, pepper and steak season. We have also put them in a dish, seasoned, stabbed with a fork, added garlic and soaked in beer.

Sometimes we'll use a marinade, but otherwise we don't use seasoning.  The grass-fed beef we have has sooo much flavor and I hate to cover that up.

We pour Worcestershire sauce on and sprinkle with Fiesta steak seasoning. Yummmmmmm

I wash than pat dry the steaks, rub lightly with bacon grease (gasp,I know huh) then rub them with a steak rub and put in a zip lock bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours!

This. Just a bit of salt and pepper is perfect.

I make my own rub, chili powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and a little sugar. SOO good!

We seldom cook steak, but usually just use salt and pepper.

sometimes I will buy a marinade but lately have been using salt, pepper, and worcestershire sauce.

Sounds goodbye I've got rib eyes on now I put famous Dave's rib rub on them and seasoning salt
