Sounds yummy I would omit the cheese on top(Goat cheese??)

 This looks really good.   I will save it.  I love brussel sprouts.

The recipe says gorgonzola cheese, but I think I would try something else...feta is a big favorite of mine and I think it would fit nicely with the flavors in this dish.

This sounds good. Though I think I'd tweak it a bit to suit our tastes (no nuts, goat cheese instead of gorgonzola, etc.)

Hmm feta would be wonderful with this not so sure about the gorgonzola though
