 That you can use a panini press as an AWESOME and quick Quesadilla maker? It's true. lol Make your cheesy yummy goodness like normal and put it in and press. Takes about 4 minutes or so.

True... You can also use a grill pan and a cast-iron skillet if you don't have a panini maker to make the fancy sandwiches :)
