Mine is a freshman (15) and her first real boyfriend this year. I think as long as there is supervision, its fine!
It depends on maturity. I'm not really sure.
I would say 15. Although, my first "real" boyfriend was when I was 14.
My daughter is just turing 14 and we have stuggled with the no boyfriend issue for the past year. Although I will always think "she too young" , I think the level of maturity and responsibility has a lot to do with it. I have told my daughter that once she shows me she could be mature and responsible then I would allow her to date. This meaning no lieing, being home by cerfew, doing homework and chores on her own ect.
My dd is 18 she has been with her boyfriend for 2 years now.
I think it would depend on the maturity of girls. I had my first bf when I was 12 turning into 13 but then back then I was 12 going into 40 lol. My SD had her first bf at 13, it lasted for a whole year and she didn't have another until last year, she's 16 going into 17.
