Haircuts

Do you do them at home or go to a salon for the kids?

 I cut the boys hair...have forever. Now and then they go with DH to barber..

T is fussy and goes to get hers done. Sometimes she lets me trim it but mostly, NO...lol

If the boys are getting their heads completely shaved, I do it.  On the rare occasion they want it to grow out, I take them to get trimmed.  Dd I always take for her trims.  I'm just not talented enough to do a trim-lol.

We do our sons at home. Dd hasn't had one yet but we'll probably take her to the salon

 we used to go to the salon all the time but we always were unhappy with the results they always ended up giving them whatever they wanted like it was their kids. so now we do all haircuts at home.

Salon.  I had to endure too many crooked bang cuts as a child and refuse to do that to my girl :-)

I am not brave enough to cut my kid's hair. DH usually takes DS to Supercuts to get a haircut when he goes for one. I usually take dd with me to my hair dresser. I wasn't happy with the way supercuts was cutting dd's hair ( usually they cut it too short for my liking), so I decide to have my hairdresser trim dd's. DD loves it. DD loves being pampered.

 I cut my kids and husbands hair until my girls were in high school and wanted the latest fashion but my son's let me cut their hair til they left home.

My daughter we go to a salon to get hers cut, my son we do at home. I do my husbands at home too
