When i was younger my mothe rgave me two diaries. One was for personal feelings and the other was called our messege diary. The one that was for messeges was to convey things i couldnt say out loud to my mother about my feelings and events in my life. she would read what i wrote and answer any questions or just put a positive messege on the bottom of the page or on the next page. This is something that made me feel much better for a time. For those that have not done this o rheard of it i do highly reccomend that you try it with your daughters. I will be doing it with my daughter.
