How old was she when you took her?
My dad really wants to take us all, and I keep putting it off. DD is 3. Too young. I don't think she should go until she's at least done with naps. Even then, I want to make sure she's storing long-term memory enough to justify the investment, you know?

She was 12, we went just a few months ago. I agree that 3 is much too young. Anytime we go to amusement parks I see tired children asleep in strollers and worn out parents still shugging along. Young children really can't enjoy it as much as they would a few years older.

That helps. My parents took my brother and me to Disney World a bunch of times. I think I was 2, 9, 12, and 14. My brother is 7 years younger. I think I had the best time at 12 because I was old enough to really enjoy it, and my brother was old enough not to annoy me. :)

Massachusetts, There are so many nice things to do and to see in Boston my ds loves the whale watching tour.

Gosh, we haven't been on vacation in so long. The only place we ever took her was camping at the beach. Now we live at the beach so we go all the time. She did say she wants to go camping the other day. But the weather has been cold and rainy so that doesn't sound like much fun.
