Get physical! Choose a new activity, or pick one you both love. Anything from hula hooping to rock climbing, to dancing, bowling, roller-skating, hiking, swimming and more can be healthy for your body, mind and relationship.

Walking our dog, singing/dancing, swimming, playing on the playground and tossing a ball back and forth.
Those are some of things we do weekly.
my DD loves to do my Yoga with me and swimming is always fun and going for walks is one she loves to do too
WIth the heat wave we are suffering through right now in our part of the country and the amount of activity my daughter gets most days (Counselor in Training at a local day camp 6 1/2 hours a day/5 days a week plus 2 hours of point class 3 days a week) we usually stick to playing "Just Dance" on our Wii on the weekends.
