Get physical! Choose a new activity, or pick one you both love. Anything from hula hooping to rock climbing, to dancing, bowling, roller-skating, hiking, swimming and more can be healthy for your body, mind and relationship.

We love to do anything water related: swimming, fishing, tubing, etc. And it's the season for it, so bring it on!
Dancing. Putting on our favorite tunes (from a previous challenge to make a playlist) and we are rocking out, singing and dancing! Loving it.
Tomorrow, our other favorite activity...swimming.
