Nope! I was always the first person to lose when we played the quiet game as a kid too.

When I was in highschool, my speech coach made us have 24 hours of silence (unless a parent needed something of course) the goal was to teach us that communication is more than just words.

great exercise, REALLY hard for me to keep!

Nope. I coluldn't do it. I was always the kid getting in trouble for talking in school.
