My daughters started wearing heels around 13 but they were sensible heels. The higher heels started at 15 or 16.

I said 16 for high heels. Low heals (wedges etc) at 13-14 is fine.

It depends on what you mean by high heels. She's 12 and has worn sandals with a little heel for a wedding. Her doctor mentioned that there had been lots of injuries to little girls who wear them, so we didn't allow them until recently. I think 15-16 will be the time for higher heels. We'll see.

My DD wears wedge sandals at five..but i say around 16 she can wear higher heels

All I know is that I saw toddler shoes with heels the other day, and I nearly lost my mind at the store.
