Did you belong to Girl Scouts? Does your daughter?
If so, in what ways do you feel they help with a growing girl?
I was a Brownie many years ago. I loved it. I hope my daughter will join in a few years.
I did not. I never really had the urge to. My daughters are not. We'll cross that bridge when we get to it.
I did for maybe 5 years or so. I felt it was a fun way to get to know other girls outside of school.
I was a Brownie for a year. None of my girls have been interested in that.
I wasnt and my dd has shown a little bit of interest here and there, but nothing serious because then she forgets about it. lol
I did. We tried getting my oldest daughter into Girl Scouts but they took my MiL's check and never called us to set my daughter up in a troop. :/
I can't get behind their political platform.
Nope, we did something called "Keepers at Home" We learned pretty much everything you would learn in girl scouts (minus selling cookies) we earned badges and everything. We will likely do something similar with our girl(s).
