If you are playing a game with your DD, do you let them win so they will feel good?

Nope, I like to make them win so that they know that they can't win all the time.

No, I like to teach her how to just have fun... Win or lose.

This. She can already beat me at Angry Birds.

Quoting HamBergerMama:

I don't, it's usually games like candy land where it's luck of the draw, not skill (my kids are 2&3).

I might consider it if I beat them like 5 in a row. Maybe.

Course, my 3 year old can legitimately beat me at memory so...;-)

No. She never loses just sometimes comes in 2nd place.

Yes, I do. Sometimes I will win, but most of the time I let them win :)

If it's a board game I never just let them win.  If we are outside and running, biking, etc. I sometimes slow down so they at least tie me.

No. When she was little she once asked me why I didn't let her win like her grandfather did, and I told her that I believed in being truthful, always, and that it would be cheating to do that. She wasn't happy at the time, but later on she  realized that I did it to help her learn to play well and a win meant something.
