Confessions

We have done this before in my other group and it can be fun and a good way to let off some steam so I thought I'd try it here. It doesn't have to be anything serious, it can be "I eat a King size chocolate bar every night before bed", but give me some confessions of yours.

I weigh myself every morning and get a high every time I see the number go lower. I actually had withdraw when my old scale broke and I had to wait till the new one arrived.

I put tubed Carmex on my lips every night before I go to sleep.

I pick on my husband. Sometimes without realizing I'm doing it.

When I was a kid, my mom told ne to "wash the lettuce". We were having sandwiches for lunch. I washed the lettuce with Ivory bar soap. No one knew, until they bit into their sandwich.

I love to make the Halloween themed meals.  Every year I buy the Pillsbury Halloween recipe books.

I use lip balm every night before bed. Usually it is Burt's Bees. I like the tingle/burn.
