You're welcome. I try and keep myself accountable for it throughout the days. It's hard but once I realize I usually feel so much better!

Mine is great. I work on a computer so I have taught my self to never slouch.

Mine is okay.  I have been going to the chiropractor so I think that helps.

I have to constantly remind myself to stand up straight and the older I get the harder it is!
