This is a little project that my counselor asked me to try and it works for both moms and daughters. First, make a list of all the qualities you have and things you like about yourself. Then ask loved ones to hopefully add a couple to that list. Each day, read that list as a reminder. Even add to it as you go. Repeating these qualities to yourself daily helps reinforce that you truly are great!
