Do you find you have to keep repeating the same things to your child almost every day? Do you consider it reminding them or nagging?

Just imagine how much people could accomplish after they accept that there is no god. No god to blame. No god to thank. No god to praise. No god to grant or deny requests. No predetermined plan. Just imagine the possibilities that would come with that one realization that people have to take ownership of themselves, their choices, and their moral obligations.

We reenact stuff all the time, but most of it at this point in her development is either reinforcement or redirection. I always try to divert her attention to positive models.

It's nagging and it's annoying.  The first two times might be reminding, after that it's nagging.

Yes and yes. And I hate it, but I let the pattern become fixed a while back.

I'm sure it's nagging to them because they tend to tune me out most of the time :/ lol

ohmygosh, all the time. lol  i think it depends on how i say something, whether it's nagging or reminding.  i CAN get nagging ;)

I think it partly depends on the age of the child. Little ones need to be reminded, because they have a small attention span.

I feel as though I have to nag my 10 year old. With my younger kids its more of a reminder then a nag.
