EASTON, PENN. (AP) -- A federal judge says its okay for students to wear fundraising bracelets that say "I Heart Boobies."
US District Judge Mary McLaughlin sided with students in a free speech case in Pennsylvania. Easton Pennsylvania School Officials argued the slogan suggests a sexual double meaning.
Several school districts across the country, including Easton, have banned the bracelets, but Judge McLaughlin found the bracelets are not vulgar and are being worn to promote cancer awareness.
