January's theme

This month's theme is renewing the mind.  As we go into a new year wwe should strive to be better then we were last year. In Romans 12:2 tells us not to be conformed and we must RENEW our minds.  How do we renew our minds?  We read our word and prayer this helps us to build a relationship with God.  How else can we renew our minds?  What are your biblical goals for 2013?

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God KJV

My goals

• Pray more
• Spend more time in God's presence
• and to work on my attitude

I'm working on my Bible reading and prayer. I'm also striving for more patience. I sometimes get sarcastic and grumpy but I think it stems from a lack of patience on my part. Weird how when you ask The Lord what you need to change a word will come to your mind.
