No idea...we forgot to put the meat in the fridge last night which was defrosting (we were going to use it last night but went out with friends instead)...so I have no idea what we are going to do.

I am having ham steaks and au gratin potatoes and whatever veg my daughter decides she feels like. This is her favorite meal so I always feel good about fixing it for her.
