Hmm, I've been trying to watch my diet but a slice (or 2) of pizza sounds really yummy right now!  Do you have these type of cravings and how do you push thru?

I try to fill up on veggies....then a tiny bit of what I crave. :)

Good plan!  I made it thru the cravings and then grabbed a "healthier" pizza entree for dinner :)

I will usually give in to the craving but then try to work out a bit more the next day!

I bought pita bread for sandwiches and to make pizza on! My mom does it sometimes and it's pretty good.

 Great idea!  Hmm, i think the kiddies would enjoy this too!  I'm trying to mix in healthier versions without them catching on :)
