Do you use "time-out" for your tots and does it work?

We do quiet time...it sometimes works. But, she has a hard head full of stubborn-ness, so it doesn't work too well. I use it mainly as a break for myself.

We use it sometimes, sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't.

Yep, I have one of them too! Do you stay in the room during "quiet time"?
