I stopped exercising when we moved to our new house after losing my hiking trail, and have been slowing gaining weight ever since. I now weigh almost as much as I did at the very end of my pregnancy. Weighing this much I have started hating my body and dreading finding clothes that fit in the morning. On top of that even though I know he means well little comments from my DH make me feel worse.
I've being telling myself for several months that I need to start exercising and cut back, but never do it. Now I can't stand it anymore. The extra weight is making my back pain flare up, and making me feel SOOOO unsexy for hubby. Not going to pay for equipment or videos, but I plan to lose almost 60 pounds!.
It is past time to bring sexy back.
