My mon keeps dumping tomatoes on me (Like my very own Ouiser!) so I've been thinking of ways to preserve them. I don't have a dehydrator, but I'm betting the oven might work! Wish me luck!

Good luck! I saw something online about using an oven but I didn't pay attention..lol

Yeah, I've seen directions for dehydrating things in the oven. I guess it's great to do in the winter, lol.
