 How was the last meeting you atttended? Did you feel welcome? Have you made any friends?

I have never been to a meeting. it was suggested to me once in theapy but I have no real time to dedicate to it. I joined here thinking maybe to try group therapy at home lol. My name is Raven. I am 27 years old. I have four children. I am not an alcoholic. I am the daughter of four other siblings who has a alcoholic mother, and older brother.  Step one, I guess.

 There are meetings called Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACH), which you may want to try. Did you take a look in the meetings post? There are meetings that are online, as well as over the phone, if you don't have any routine time thoughout your week to attend a regular meeting.

 I have 4 kids as well; I will be 27 in August, lol. My name is Lily, and I attend regualr Monday night meetings. I live in Sacramento, CA.

 There are other meetings available; you don't have to be physically present to be in a meeting. Please check out the Meetings post for more information.

i live in ohio and what kind of meetings are these? my husband is always drinking and its tearing me apart i have 2 young kids and i cant deal with it anymore i really need people to talk to:(
