Yes you can :) ive listed my items on there. As long as its not drugs, alcohol, any type of food even pet food or coupons that do not make the item free(free product coupons allowed but no B1G1 or $3 off $3 of purchase)

Basicly lets say you have some clothes your baby out grew. Go to the top where it says list auction. put in a title and select the catagories. make sure to add pics. Then describe each item. tell what sizes and if any stains or anything. Put a starting bid on it(i find if you keep it at 100 people will bid more because when they search they search lowest bids first. so keep starting bid low)
Pick the number of days you want it set for and your done. Make sure to add and shipping charges but listia rules say if it costs $5 to ship you can not ask say $10. Flat rate shipping you can fit alot of items into a $4.90 box so shipping can be pretty cheap.
Then you can find things you want to buy and when your items sell you can get points to buy stuff.
Things that I have found sell for alot are Gift cards, free product coupons, DVDs, Condoms(im dead serious!) Razors and mystery boxes.
If you can afford it or if you cash out on superpoints cash out for walmart cards. This is what i do
Get a $20 walmart card. Then find a very popular DVD like hungar games or something that came out in the last few weeks. List it on listia for 7 days. It will go high! I got 27,000 for the vow! Then when it ends use the gift card to order it on walmarts site and directly ship it to them. 27,000 is enough to get about a $35 walmart card to do it again. or get things you want. but if you cash out on superpoints a $20 gift card(or get one from somewhere) you could possibly have 38,000 in 2 weeks if not more! free product coupons go for a few thousand. Starbucks cards go for a few thousand as well :)

Well thats the nice thing about internet coupons. you can put in your post that it will specifically be Emailed to them Not mailed.Then when the auction ends(for this coupon) go to your email and click the get coupon button. when it pops up theee page you can print copy that link. Then go to the Eatsmart coupon page on listia and email them that link. and your all done :) you can choose to print and mail it but it wastes a stamp and time lol
Most gift cards that I have I tell them I will email the code and pin. I cashed out 2 gift cards on super points and ill email the codes. if i have a physical card i put in my post that i would prefer to email the codes and if they want it shipped they ned to send a self addressed sealed envelope(this prevents scammers from saying they never got the card)
