 What did you do for New Years?

I was on here lol hubs was on laptop nxt to me n baby was asleep :)

I stayed home with Kaleb (son) he went to bed at 9:00.  I watched New Years Rocking Eve and was on the computer.  Hubby had to work :(

We had gotten a g.c. to a local restaurant here in the town we live in so we went out to dinner there.  Then we all came home and watched a movie I got for dh for Christmas Ghost Protocal.  We had it seen once before but I loved it so much I just had to get it for him.  Then dd went to bed during the movie.  I went to bed after the movie and dh stayed up to watch the ball drop then he went to bed.

 I watched the Twilight Zone Marathon and texted the kids Happy New Year

Sounds like everyone had a safe and Happy Holiday then

we had a glass of champagne at 9 p.m. and were asleep by 9:30. LOL

For New Year's Eve we barbecued, danced, made a fire and roasted marshmallows for s'mores, I made a Mexican soup called Menudo, in my garage. Lots of outside activities since we had great weather. We started with the firecrackers but it started raining. At midnight we toasted and ate grapes. New Year's Day I made buñuelos, also a Mexican tradition, eaten the first day of the year to ensure a sweet New Year!

Menudo is good ...  especially home made dont think I know what bunuelos is though can you tell me
