Do any of you decorate for fall? If so how. My husband is deploying so I'm looking for ideas to help cheer me up and since I do love decorating I thought I would do that but have no idea where to start

I get a bale of hay with pumpkins, ghords, indian corn and mums on top of it. I have leaf garlands I hang on the porch railings also.

I like the bail of hay idea. Is the hey expensive?

I keep it simple with wreaths. Later we will do pumpkins for on the porch. That is about it.

I was at Micheals craft shop today and they had a big sale on fall items. Our leaves are already falling off our trees. So I'm in search of those garbage bags that look like pumpkins : )

I do decorate. I have leaf garland for my porch, some cute decorative fake pumpkins, a scarecrow on my front door, and i'll buy a bunch of mums, real pumpkins and indian corn. I'm also hitting up a craft store today to see what I can find.

I have a fall wreath for the front door. Sometimes pumpkins from the garden by the front door. Inside I have fall jar candles that I use all fall and a few little fall figurines that I put out at Thanksgiving.

We do. We will get hay bales and put them in the front yard with pumpkins and gourds on them and stick scare crows around it. I will have to see if I can find a pic.

I usually do corn stalks on my front porch pillars. A few mums. I got 2 of last year mums ready to bloom. So I might not have to buy any this year. I put some pumpkins and gords out. My fall wreath on my door.
