I love Christmas for it's true meaning and for the decorations and cookie baking. I decorate the whole house. I have boxes and boxes of decorations in the garage. I gave some away to my niece when she moved away from home. Every year I decorate the tree a little differently. I can do all gold, all silver, all colors or gold and maroon. I've been trying very hard not to buy new Christmas decorations in recent years, but it's oh... so hard!
Of course it wouldn't be Christmas without candles, Christmas movies and a big turkey dinner.
Every Christmas Eve we play all the old Christmas carols and sing, dance, karoke and eat cookies and other sweets. We never forget to put out cookies and milk for Santa. Christmas morning is cheesecake breakfast, after opening all the gifts of course. Oh so fattening, unhealthy and and delicious. But then, Christmas only comes once a year!
Keeping the true meaning of Christmas in family is just a matter of church service, well timed prayers, the ever present manger display and discussing it with my son here and there.

I love Christmas, I start decorating the day after Thanksgiving. I am currently working on a wreath made out of yarn and styrofoam. My oldest who is 7 loves Chritmas as much as I do and always helps me decorate and make cookies.
Hi ; there ladies ; when it comes to christmas time of the year I try make something that I can put on the tree , and that I can give to my kids , and that can keep year after year . Sometimes it might be something that I would crochet , sew or cut out . I don't do alot of decorating-up because my place is really small. My oldest daughter loves it when give her something that we had made when she was a child.
