I love the mountians, especially Asheville.  The outer banks are another favorite!

I loved so many places!

I love South Port.  It's quiet, crafty and has delicious food!  (I'm such a foodie!)  Plus they have quiet the 4th of July event!!!

I also love Asheville (stayed the night at the Biltmore Hotel & toured all of Biltmore).  Grove Park Inn in the winter is awesome!  Take some formal wear and have a luxurious dinner.

I live in Cherokee in the Smoky Mtn, but I am from Nevada in the Sierra's.  Cherokee is the prettiest place I ever seen and I visited 13 yrs ago and never left. During the spring, summer, and fall there is always great activities & events going on.

I live in Asheville
It's pretty but that's about it. Lol

We pretty much live in a tourist trap so we are here at the beach every day...we do love it here...when it's not as crowded.  Ashville has always been nice, we used to go every Jan before kids and stay at the Grove Park Inn. Otherwise we do not vacation in NC.
