I've joined the club, it seems. I'll be taking Christlynn to the doctor when the office opens. You can tell she feels bad, she goes from crying and coughing to trying to laugh and smile...poor girl :(

Did you cloth diaper as soon as she was born? What did you use, and how much if each type? Give me details!

I didn't start until she was 3 months old. I started with AlvaBaby because they were cheap...to see if I would stick with it. Then I worked my way into more expensive brands. That top one was made by a CafeMom member :)

I don't have a full stash yet. But for a newborn, prefolds and a couple size newborn covers is going to be the cheapest way out (one size will be too big, they poop a lot as newborns so you'll need a bunch more, and they won't fit long so you don't want to spend a ton of money on it, lol).

I have a few prefolds and covers, I have mainly pockets, and on AIO. I'm a fan of pockets, but DH like the AIO better.

Everyone keeps saying its best to buy from other moms. I haven't yet, but I probably should

I got a lot of prefolds from gmd, I think we will be doing mostly those in the beginning. I did get a few joeyz fr dh, gramma, and for outtings like to the doctor.

I didn't cloth diaper dd, so we shall see how it works out for me.

I didn't cloth diaper my two boys either. Now that I've gotten started, I wish I would have.

It's actually fun...lol.
