My realtor is recommending a place called Vandercroft Farms in lillington, NC. Any input on the area would be appreciated thanks.

Never heard of it but it looks like a very tiny town, southwest of Raleigh. May I ask the reason for your move? We are thinking the same ...

I live right outside of lillington in dunn. It is the county seat and small. I dont know where vanderfroft farms is exactly, but if it is where I am thinking, it is like 20 minutes from Fayetteville, 30-40 minutes away from the apex, garner, cary areas. the newer homes in lillington are nice and with good HOA.
