I made Chloe a tutu dress for her costume last year...she was a fairy. :)
One I made for my niece:
And one for a friend (whose dd was also a fairy last year):
I have made some for my dd and i made some for party favors at her birthday party
Sorry, I don't have a crafty bone in my body unless it is to blog or write a short story lol
I love doing crafts! I've never tried a tutu but would like to someday!
I had all these made by CM member Julesmccord. The redsox one was a gift because our dd was due the 4th of july and i wanted a red/white/blue outfit, and I think i only paid around $25 for each of the others including the shirt and headbands and what not
For me it cost $27 for 7 rolls of tulle and then probably about $10 for the headbands/bodices. I used 3 rolls on a tutu, but didn't end up using the whole roll. And the headbands came in a group of like 8 I think. So, a little money up front, but not too expensive broken down.
the jack one was her "costume" for last halloween :P
It cost me about $5 per roll of tulle and I use ribbon so thats usually about $3 a roll. I usually do 2 colors per tutu so it costs me $13 to make one
