Not sure what to think

I did a workout at home and after went right to work. I felt a bit shakey. I thought it was from the workout, but it wasn't. I told one regular customer about it and she said it could of been because I didn't eat right after. I hadn't, but I did have breakfast before hand. Anyone else have this happen? It was a Leslie walk strong 2 mile workout. I drank water throughout the workout too.

Sometimes when I get really hungry or low on sugar, I get shaky too.  If it happens again...try a lifesaver or a couple of m&ms

Have some protein, and lots of water. I get shaky if my blood sugar is low. Maybe breakfast wasnt enough to hold you thru the day after the workout.

For a quick fix while you are at work, try oj, i wouldnt suggest real sugar or youll just have a spike and then flop again

I had a bagel with peanut butter for breakfast. How was that not enough?

 I would say this:

Try some protein after your workout..it'll help your blood sugars level out. Being shakey is more than likely from hypoglycemia...I get that way if I wait too long to eat..

I've heard this as well, to have something after you work out. Just a little something

I have a potassium issue so I need to replace it when I sweat. I drink G2.

Carbs before, protein after :)
Carbs for energy, protein to heal your muscles
